hehe I’d love to know if there is a billboard liberation front in South Africa! Have you guys seen the CNBC Africa one – as you drive in to the Cape Town CBD it reads: The CBD of TV. Pretty cool methinks. I’ll try get a snap of it tomorrow.
Billboard Liberation Army hit JHB a few years back, haven’t heard or seen anything since… it’s a pity but maybe the public don’t want to be liberated from visual pollution?

I met eTV’s marketing head once, and I got the feeling they do these things internally. So my guess at who’s dunnit is that it’s eTV’s internal marketing dept.
