It was done by Metropolitan Republic. The final ad looks completely different from the original agency brief. Was originally intended to be quite a serious ad with ‘soccer hooligan’-like characters in their PJs marching to Wimpy, almost like a rally. It ended up as a comic dance routine. Huh? Doesn’t match up to Funky Town!
