Sho. Pretty heavy. There has been some research on strangers helping people in distress.
I remember the one case in NYC where a woman was stabbed, and quite a few people just looked on.
Other research then again said that they DID do something. But yeah – this video is quite a shocker!
wow this is so scary! Even if I was to scared to go to the house myself if I heard that going on I would at least call the cops.

My favourite scene is where the neighbours are phoning the POWA helpline instead of getting personally involved.
This is so typical of people – I had a simular experience being mugged where passers by just literally looked the other way.
