The Cape Town International Tattoo Convention is here and with it, their annual tattoo inspired art exhibition, Body of Work.
The exhibition features work from some of South Africa’s top artists, illustrators, designers and local and international tattooers. Opening night is tomorrow at Bree Street Studios after which the work will be on display at the Waterfront Pavilion from Friday the 27th to Sunday the 29th of January.
Expect to be inspired by work from Motel 7, Lorraine Loots, Jade Klara, Raoul Goetze, One Horse Town, Jade Doreen Waller, Jay Gordon, Rico, Frank n Tattoo, Bruce Mackay, Jack Walsh, Manuela Gray, Clement de Bruin, Candice Jezek, Kristin Lee Moolman, Dani Loureiro, Travys Owen, Jeremy Justice, Mark Splendid, Matthew Oldfield, Danica Ricciardi, Ben Winfield & Janine Kuschke.
Don’t miss the customised motorcycle helmets designed by One Horse Town, Raoul Goetze, Tyler B Murphy, Rico, Derek Baker and Ronald Jacobs – transferred by Ice 7 and a first time ever tattoo inspired 6-whole putt-putt course installation designed by Manuela Gray and Fabriek 8.
