Everyone from Kimora Lee Simmons to Modern Family has been involved in/featured a flash mob of some sort and after a quick scroll through the comments on the last flash mob we posted, I take it most of you are sick of the medium.
This one, however, is devoid of random outbursts of song and dance, includes a whole lot of lightsabers and seems to make everyone around it happy. So here it is.
The mass lightsaber freeze mob duel was organised at Nu Metro cinemas at the V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk in Cape Town to celebrate the launch of Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace in 3D.
The credits go to loyal Star Wars fans who gave of their time and a group calling themselves flashmobsouthafrica.Â
