How long does an ad have to be to get the point across? These mini TVCs by Draftfcb Joburg for the Toyota Aygo are only 10 seconds each.
The humorous spots will be appearing on TV across all stations from tomorrow so this is a little preview. The agency says, “We decided to go the 10†route, because we wanted short 10†spots to create a strong and quick brand message. With our many media placements, this gave us the opportunity to obtain frequency and not impact. Therefore we will get the short, strong quick messages out there, with a high frequency.”
A good idea? Take a look and let us know what you think.

Ahh, the old “not having a car sucks so you should buy our car” campaign. Refreshing.
Rad car shot at the end!
A bit of a hoary cliche. Seems terribly dated as an idea.
