Roachville by TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris

TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris was briefed to conceptualise an outdoor campaign that illustrates that Doom Fogger gets into every nook and cranny, killing insects before they get too comfortable.

They used found cracks and holes in outdoor walls to do this. The small gaps were transformed into cockroach homes using miniature furniture and actual cockroaches as models to depict real-life scenarios. The pay-off line was painted onto the walls and reads, “Gets to where they live.’

Feeling really grossed out by the fact that the roaches are real. Which I suppose is the point.

They made the roaches look civilized and cute – I feel a bit sorry for them – in a totally non-hippy/treehugging way.
They should have made them do more ‘dodgy’ stuff like partaking in gang violence.

Lovely work. Must’ve been a lot of fun.
