Beijing Opera Pop-Up - Between 10 and 5

Beijing Opera Pop-Up

Beijing Opera CI by Daniel Ting Chong

The Secret Festival is a weekend event at Spier exploring the latest in food and wine trends organised by The President. It takes place in October and as a build up to the festival, various pop-up restaurants will be opening at The President’s gift shop, Church, in Spin Street, Cape Town.

This week’s pop-up is Cape Town creative Yang Zhao’s most recent project, Beijing Opera, all about reintroducing Dim Sum as a food concept, a dining culture and a medium for communication and conversation.

Here are some photos of the temporary Beijing Opera.

Opening Times:

Tuesday 18 Sept – Friday 21 Sept
You don’t have to book for lunch and it will be served sit-down or take-away.

Tuesday 18 Sept – Friday 21 Sept
It’s a set menu of three (and a little bit extra) courses for R120 per person. We will have two sittings per evening from Tuesday to Friday:
18:00 – 19:30
20:00 – late

E-mail to book.
