Beijing Opera CI by Daniel Ting Chong

The Secret Festival is a weekend event at Spier exploring the latest in food and wine trends organised by The President. It takes place in October and as a build up to the festival, various pop-up restaurants will be opening at The President’s gift shop, Church, in Spin Street, Cape Town.

This week’s pop-up is Cape Town creative Yang Zhao’s most recent project, Beijing Opera, all about reintroducing Dim Sum as a food concept, a dining culture and a medium for communication and conversation.

Here are some photos of the temporary Beijing Opera.
