The Frown ‘Harm’ Music Video by naasFILMS

In anticipation of their second EP release, ‘Teenage Swim’, on the 31st of May, Joburg-based band The Frown presents their music video for the first single, ‘Harm’. The video was produced by naasFILMS in Cape Town and shot entirely in one day in a house in Newlands and the surrounding forest.

The concept was created by The Frown lead singer Eve Rakow, the naasFILMS team and Lucio Lupachinni. The idea being to incorporate a group of characters in one house in a trance-like state all preparing for a ritualistic experience, whilst the leader figure is making her way to the house from a forrest. Imagery of the characters and their environments are overlapped throughout the video.
