For 11 days this month, the small enclave of Grahamstown will transform into a busy hub of theatre, music, dance and arts. Known as one of the biggest events to celebrate the creative arts, the annual Grahamstown National Arts Festival, which will begin its 43rd year, will attract thousands to the Eastern Cape from all around the globe.

With a plethora of artists and spectators participating in the National Arts Festival, from the main stage to the fringe, our faves featured on the 2017 line-up include the likes of Msaki and The Golden Circle, Jay Pather, Schalk Bezuidenhout and Loyiso Madinga, Thembinkosi Goniwe, Jennie Reznek, Jade Bower and so many more. Check out the 10and5 team’s must-sees at this year’s NAF.
