Throughout his BA in History & Psychology, Honours in Psychology and PDM he experimented and crafted ice cream creations in his parents kitchen. He recognised that Johannesburg lacked great ice cream and more importantly an ice cream culture. On completing his studies, he begun working with a university friend, Joshua Amoils, to take the business to another level. At Paul’s Homemade Ice Cream their crafters trained in Paul’s kitchen produce our Ice-cream in small batches, with all-natural ingredients, folding in artisan flavours by hand, replicating the patience, attention to detail and aspiration for perfection that gave birth to that original mouthful.
