This portfolio of thirteen original intaglios is the outcome of collaboration between Am I Collective and Warren Editions. For this project, Am I Collective takes inspiration from the stereotypical and unlucky events in South Africa and, uses irony to interpret the tales of misfortune. This portfolio is titled, 13.
13 illustrators at Am I Collective were responsible for the images and Warren Editions facilitated the illustrators in such a way that their images turned into intaglio prints.
THE AM I COLLECTIVE IS A STUDIO OF DIVERSELY TALENTED INDIVIDUALS EACH BRINGING TO THE TABLE THEIR OWN UNIQUE CREATIVE ABILITY, BE IT DESIGN, ILLUSTRATION OR FINE ART.
