Retroviral launched a microsite for Nando’s latest advertising campaign three weeks ago, ‘The dubious history of delicious Peri-Peri’. The 6-episode ad campaign focuses on the origins of the Nando’s birds eye chilli bush. Every week, until the 30th June they post another episode continuing the story and ask the public what they think happens next. They are currently on episode 4, above.
People can submit their suggestions via video or text (280 characters) and at the end of the campaign 3 of the top rated submissions overall will win a saucy African adventure holiday to the value of R20 000, each. You can see the top-rated submissions here.
The TVC for Chapter 4 goes live later this evening on select channels.
