An interesting campaign by Ogilvy Cape Town for their client and 2011 Rocking the Daisies sponsor Carling Black Label. As the music festival takes place just outside Darling, the brand are campaigning to change the name of the town to Carling for the weekend of the festival (7 – 9 October) as an extension of their sponsorship. There is an online petition running at www.carlingnotdarling.co.za where fans of the beer can add their names in support.
