06 Mar Samsung creates Fanzone for Afcon
Samsung created this massive moving exhibit stand during the Afcon 2013 games hosted at various stadiums through South Africa.
Being one of the Sponsors of the AFCON cup the main idea from Samsung was to create a zone that is easy accessible for future consumers to interact with the latest Samsung technology during the AFCON Cup at all the Stadiums. This means whatever was being built had to be movable, yet at the same time house all the latest, greatest Samsung tech.
Working hand in hand with Vertical Limit Productions and One agency, Booming Media created this enormous fanzone truck.
At 15,5m x 3,6m tall this mammoth Moving Exhibit Stand is really an impressive work of art. With the flick of a Switch its built-in generator starts up and one can open the 15m sides to reveal the slick, crisp, white interior. The sides also conveniently create the stage and roof area.
