Local label Pichulik has just relased the lookbook for its Autumn Winter collection and, as we’ve come to expect from the superbly talented jewellery designer Katherine-Mary Pichulik, it’s a real beauty.
“The collection is inspired by the photography of Helmut Newton and his intimate portraits of powerful women in their own personal spaces. With jewel tones and wooden parts, suede and agate stones and tassels, this collection skirts the glamour of 70s disco, and the soul of psychedelia. Kick those platforms off and dance on those carpeted floors in wooden-clad lounges till the dawn meets your cat-lined eyes”
Coinciding with the new collection, Pichulik has also launched a newly designed website which contains the first instalment of an ongoing series called Brave Women. The first women featured is the lovely painter, Lucie de Moyencourt, and the plan is to expand the series into an archive of intimate portraits of the courageous woman who wear Pichulik accessories.
