The GUILD Design Fair opens in Cape Town today with a stellar line-up of highly respected design authorities from around Africa, USA, the Middle East, Britain and Europe showing their latest and greatest at The Lookout at the V&A Waterfront. Alongside the exhibition there are guided tours with the fair directors, talks by the designers and live demonstrations – all in celebration of groundbreaking design.
Here’s a first look at what’s on show at the GUILD Design Fair this year, but there’s loads more so go see for yourself. GUILD is on show from Wednesday 25 February until Sunday 1 March 2015.
Wednesday 25 February 10am – 4pm
Thursday 26 February – Saturday 28 February 10am – 8pm
Sunday 1 March 10am – 6pm
The Lookout, Corner Dock Road and Granger Bay Boulevard, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.
Tickets are R80 for adults and R50 for pensioners, students, children between the ages of 12 and 18. Entrance is free for children under 12. Tickets can be bought at the door or via Computicket.
