15 Sep A kaleidoscopic clash of print and texture for Marianne Fassler SS16/17
Marianne Fassler offers up major floral inspiration with their Spring Summer 2016/2017 collection, Where Have all the Flowers Gone? – ushering in the warmer seasons with an experimental clash of print, texture and silhouette. The lookbook photographed by Paul Samuels features models Bianca Abigail Smit, Huawa Dauda, Julia Otobo and Jenyo Johnson against a backdrop of lush tropical foliage. Playful prints reminiscent of paper cut outs and collage are the epicentre of the range. Garments range widely from the brand’s signature fun frock, to flowing feminine evening gowns to tailored military inspired pieces. The looks, all styled impeccably by Rich Mnisi, are paired with beautiful beaded necklaces, hand crafted in collaboration with Marigold.
