The Ota Project showcases young talent in Double Yellow

The Ota Project is a creative collective, which provides a platform to young up and coming creatives across all media — from performance art to photography. Double Yellow will be their second in what promises to become an annual showcase, after last year’s Hathor.

The project’s main aim is to help promising young artists get the recognition they deserve, and to create an environment that both exposes the artists to new opportunities from industry professionals and the public at large but also to provide the opportunity for new inspirations and collaborations between the artists.

Artists include photographers, musicians, fine artists, videographers and a selection of DJs who will keep the vibe going throughout the night. Participants include Hakeem Adewumi, Gyre, Fresh By Caddy, Alexia Roussos, Starving Arthouse and more, with Your Uncle Garry and Lelowhatsgood on the decks.

The showcase will be held on 5 May at King Kong in Troyeville.
