City High Apparel, which you may have seen at The Neighbourgoods Market or Market on Main in Maboneng is now available online for you to purchase. This street-wear brand was founded by Marc Pretorius in 2014. He says, being on the ground was a great way to get to know the target market and build a solid foundation.
The brand is inspired by the nature of city and it’s complexities. “The name was born out of our love of the City and in the way the youth interact in common spaces and discover new forms of expression within the city.” says Marc. All the clothes are designed in house, sourced and manufactured locally. You can make online purchases on the High City website.
“Our garments make use of easy to wear silhouettes but are very bold in colour and fabric choice and cater more to those willing to take bold style risks while still being comfortable. It is our mission to bring together the stylish youth who like a bit of difference in their wardrobe, in other words connecting people through fashion.”
