Joe Public United got awarded on April 17 at Ciclope Festival held at The Good Luck Bar in Johannesburg bagging the prestigious Agency of the Year award and the Grand Prix for “Chicken Licken – S’bu 2.0”.
This competitive film showed the capability of the agency to deliver creative excellence for its clients. The main area of focus while creating this film was emotive storytelling.
“Picking up the Agency of the Year award as well as this year’s Grand Prix was exceptionally proud moments for us. Having won across such varied categories – from costume design to editing to visual effects to direction – tells us we’re starting to achieve excellence across all aspects of our film craft, and we plan to become even better as we grow more and more within our talents,” says Xolisa Dyeshana, chief creative officer at Joe Public.
