Impetus Collection Commemorates Keneilwe Kwanaite’s Growth as an Artist

Digital artist, illustrator and writer, Keneilwe Kwanaite, has just released his latest body of work, which commemorates some of the aesthetics he has been practicing as a growing and learning artist.

Impetus refers to something that makes a process or activity happen or happen more quickly. The backgrounds of work included in this collection are similar because it’s a symbol of how these contradictory artworks are intertwined.

I have never done anything relatable to this, so it’s extremely distinct from the rest of my works.

Even though Keneilwe finished high school a mere two years ago, he is already having a massive impact on the design world. Raised in Tembisa, the artist first started drawing as a hobby – a passion that he is still pursuing today.
