20 May 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair 2022 | New York
1-54, the leading international art fair dedicated to contemporary art from Africa and its diaspora, announced on their IG, that they’re live on @artsy – prompting the start of their 22′ NY edition.
Thanks to a long-standing partnership with online digital platform Artsy, 1-54’s visitors are able to explore, connect with, and collect from galleries and artists – globally and online – during the course of the fair.
Opening to the public today, and lasting 22 May, 1-54 New York will host 25 international exhibitors. Of the South African galleries and artists participating: there is BKhz Gallery, and included in the Special projects is Zimbabwean artist Micha Serraf’s Hope Is a Dry Colour.
