Draftfcb foosball league Draftfcb have come up with a brilliant way to keep the WC spirit alive around the office. Following Bafana Bafana’s glorious exit from the World Cup, we needed something to keep agency gees high. Giving away free tickets to the Final was out of the question, so we started a foosball competition. The mechanics were simple: we invited our colleagues to team up and pick a country, then challenge opposing countries via a fixtures table. We’re still in week 1 and we’ve seen some major upsets. There’s also been a fair bit of banter in the run-up to the matches. These are some of the posters doing the rounds at the agency.
Cape Minstrel mural at IRT station If you've used the new Integrated Rapid Transport system then you would've come across these mosaic murals along the walls of the station and walkways. Each one was designed specifically with the history and culture of Cape Town in mind. The murals include mosaic art of Cape Minstrels, the Mouille Point lighthouse, horse-racing, the Metropolitan Golf Club and supporters of the world cup. Click through to see some of the mosaics. Their aim is to involve young people in proactive alternatives to violence. Click through for more pics.

This is an absolutely AMAZING billboard that's up in Johannesburg CBD. It uses LED screens to create a video image on the Life Center building. Click through to see how it's done. The image takes feeds in from Facebook, Twitter and Mxit - users get the opportunity to create the message that will be displayed on the building.
