WAF. has now stepped into the shoe game in collaboration with South African Dakatos. The footwear is a modernized version of Dakotas’ traditional Hi-Shine moccasins used with merino wool socks. The classic Dakotas Hi Shine Loafer with a matte white leather upper is featured in the Dakotas x WAF collaboration. On the side of the shoe, the insole, and the box, it has a custom “WAF” logo. The Hi-Shine is available in three colourways that all contrast the white upper: emerald green, a deep navy, and heritage brown. A successful display of WAF’s vivid designs and contrasting colours seen in their products, which are typically juxtaposed with white design elements, is the lively colourways against the clean upper.
