Fabiani is proud to announce the opening of the Fabiani Café at Sandton City, a Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative developed in partnership with the Sozo Foundation and FoodForward SA. More than a café, the activation reflects Fabiani’s commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for young South Africans while supporting communities facing food insecurity.
At the heart of the initiative are graduates of the Sozo Foundation’s Barista Training Programme, who will gain valuable hands-on experience by operating the café throughout the activation. The programmed equips young people with industry-recognised skills, helping bridge the gap between training and meaningful employment.
“The Fabiani Café represents our belief that great brands have the power to create meaningful impact beyond retail,” said Ngqondi Mfini, [Head of Marketing Department at Fabiani. “By partnering with organizations such as the Sozo Foundation and FoodForward SA, we’re investing in young people, creating pathways to employment, and contributing to stronger, more resilient communities.”
The Fabiani Café is open to the public at Sandton City from 30 June to 13 July 2026, inviting customers to enjoy expertly crafted coffee while supporting an initiative where every cup contributes to creating opportunity and making a meaningful difference.
