ON OUR RADAR THIS FIRST THURSDAY BETWEEN CAPE TOWN AND JOHANNESBURG

Louis Minaar Solo Exhibition at 99 Loop Gallery

“Breathing. To most of us, it comes naturally. For many others, particularly those for whom anxiety is a daily struggle, that is not the case. The interrelation between breath and state of mind is the inspiration behind Pretoria-based visual artist Louis Minnaar’s latest exhibition multi-sensory installation, Breathing Room. The radial shapes within them mimic the stylistic qualities and movement of conscious breath. The stills are on display and for sale in the exhibition as unique prints. Breathing Room is on show at the gallery until August 20th. Be sure to experience it.
