Rocking the Daisies is proud to announce internationally acclaimed UK R&B songstress Jorja Smith as one of its headlining acts for 2026, set to take place between 2–4 October at the scenic Cloof Wine Estate in Darling.

Born in the West Midlands region of the UK and writing her first song at just eleven years old, Jorja has since carved a name for herself as one of this generation’s most compelling voices, garnering accolades including a GRAMMY nomination for Best New Artist (2019), a win for Best British Female Artist (2019) at the prestigious Brit Awards, and multiple Billboard placements over the last decade. Lauded by fans and peers alike, she also boasts collaborations with fellow contemporary superstars including Drake (Get It Together), Kendrick Lamar (I Am), Burna Boy (Be Honest), Stormzy (Let Me Down), and Mzansi’s very own Major League DJz (Come With Me).

Jorja Smith will take the stage in full bloom at Daisies this year, marking her first-ever performance on the African continent, a defining moment for both the Walsall-born songstress and South African fans.
DAISIES 2026: WELCOME TO THE GARDEN
Building on its 20-year legacy, the festival continues to celebrate the uniqueness of South Africa as a premium global destination by referencing the vast diversity in flora, fauna, and richness of culture. Borrowing inspiration from the natural phenomenon of the blooming of the iconic South African Cape Daisy in the wildflower region of Darling, Western Cape, which occurs every year from late September, Rocking the Daisies enters year 21 with a refreshed WELCOME TO THE GARDEN maxim that embraces summer nostalgia and reconnects audiences with the childlike wonder that good music and good times can evoke.
